Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility in handling the incoming and outgoing calls of the office and provide accurate information
- To take care of all the visitors and direct them to the appropriate authority or place
- Responsibility in handling petty cash expenses and provides the bills against cash on time.
- Handling stationery of the entire office in terms of ordering materials of different departments as per the respective requisitions.
- Preparing monthly reports of all the courier services along with the stationery, pantry, housekeeping reports.
- Handling Travel requests in terms of generating tickets, arrangements for accommodations and transport during the travelling of concerned.
- Manage and maintain executives schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Replying mails
- Setting up Travel, meetings and coordinating for the same.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients
